Salem pulls Fish website

I wrote a sarcastic email to 103.9 the Fish the other day about having the wrong frequency on their website after 6 weeks since the change. I have tried to access the Fish website at 2 addresses in the last 24 hours and it is now gone. At least it is better to have no website than a wrong one.

You haven't been following the thread below, between myself and Salem's IT guy in Sacramento. :D

Maybe this means that the long-promised website upgrade for KKFS will be unveiled shortly.

For the Fish's sake, hopefully your compassion to see a new website also means your compassion to fill out a diary.

I do not live in the Sacramento market but I do live in the Atlanta market which has the most successful fish Salem launched. So yes I will include my local Fish if I ever get a diary again.

You really should get that cough checked! :D

Seriously, it looks like thefish.cc and 1055thefish.net are both now forwarding correctly.

Re: Fish Food Back On The Web

It still has 105.5 on it.

IT says "Overnights on 105.5 The Fish Tory Welch"

It is ridiculus it takes so long. I am glad Rick sent them a sarcastic email.

That's quite common on newly revamped sites...some of the old stuff popping up. I've personally experienced it on sites I largely created, but were taken over by others. Not saying any local operations would fit that category. :)

Honestly, who here listens to Tory Welch? Geez... I didn't get any emails. That '[email protected]' account goes to our Promotions Director. And Dave has yet to forward anything to me. Glad I checked here before the weekend... There were a few more references to '105.5' on Saturday and Sunday.

And just to get the rumor mill turning... Stay tuned for more changes to the Fish line up! As I do yet fully know what all the changes are (I suspect there will be more I've not yet been told about), I'll let you guess about what's going on. ;-)
