NERW is reporting on how WWDJ/WTTT is becoming WNYM the Apple, expading their daytime power to 50kw, and you guessed it, dragging out their tired, failing hosts for the inspid standard lineup.

3. Why are the even bothering? And with the standard stuff too? When Salem stations actually diversify their line-up(see WIND and KNUS) they actually get somewhere in the ratings. So why not try something different? Instead of airing a morning snoozefest, get a well-known, entertaining local host. Instead of Mr. Vile at nine, air Glenn Beck instead. Better ratings and probably better ad revenue. Make afternoon drive local. Air Medved at six because I really doubt Hewitt will do anything against Savage at WOR and Levin on WABC.
