San Antonio LPFM CP has a month left before it's gone for good

If any engineers in town are reading you might as well try to help Lena Gonzalez and Empowering Kids get 96.7 KXZL on the air. From their FCC statement it looks like a promising community station. I'm not sure if it will happen though with so little time left...

I guess either Myron Wade (engineer listed for them)can't do it or doesn't feel up to it, or they're low on money which is a shame.

There's less than a month left now for 96.7. Hopefully they can get it on somehow!

I know it isn't, that's strange!
They also spelled their name wrong in the application... Lean Gonzalez...

Someone filed a petition to deny since 96.7 hasn't been built. It's apparently against the law because they filed they were on the air, and it's not on.

Still nothing on the air for 96.7 and it's a month since they filed their license saying it was on. I'm afraid KXZL is dead.

I'm guessing imploding board and no cash to move ahead. I'd label this a goner. Programming description is not always what applicants do. Mostly they present a description they know the FCC will like. In fact, it's sometimes what the consulting engineer writes. Since the FCC doesn't regulate programming it is sort of a non-factor. I don't get why they even ask.
