Since KBEJ covers part of Austin, and will carry the CW affiliate, I wonder what's in store for KNVA/54?<P ID="signature">______________

I wondered the same thing, but the GM for KXAN and KNVA told the Austin American-Statesman that WB 54 is still negotiating with both networks, and that CW is still a possibility. A KBEJ insider, however, insists that station will be the CW affiliate for Austin as well as San Antonio. If KNVA does join up with CW, that would leave Austin without a home for MyTV ... unless Fox-owned KTBC aired it late at night. Unless KXAN/KNVA got caught dragging their feet and KBEJ beat them to the punch. KNVA is of course the superior signal and would be best for The CW.
