San Franciscan alive and well in Central Maine

Hello. I learned of this place a few days ago from a friend who stumbled upon it, and it seems right up my alley. I've loved radio all my life and been involved on the noncommercial side at various times and places (program host KALX Berkeley CA, 1969-71; executive producer KALW San Francisco CA 1993-2001; fill-in host, KUSF, San Francisco CA 1998-2001).

My day job took me to the east coast (DC) in 2001, where such opportunities are few and far between, but I have still kept listening. I retired in 2017 and moved to Augusta ME, where I support Maine Public and also enjoy stalwarts like WERU and WCLZ. I'm not quite ready to hang up my headphones. Cheers!
 
Howdy and welcome to RD. Had some preacher acquaintances in that area, they used to be at Church Hill Baptist Church there in Augusta.
