btw, i think everybody on the board but me knows who you are. do i know you? i never worked at WAPE but i did hang around 600 radio rd oakdale. PM me with the answer if you're so inclined...

Sorry, Can't find it.. My brother threw away boocoo's of tapes from Early Florida radio several years ago when I was in Fort Pierce putting WAVW..WAVE 105 on the air in 79.. So, probably that stuff is lost for ever unless Teddy has a copy or it's on the internet somewhere!

??? What does 600 or 400 Radio Road in Charlotte have to do with APE in Orange Park.. Did this happen when Stan owned BIG WAYS and BIG APE? Why did you hang around that address? Were you a predator or a groupie??? Sheesh! BIG APE

big ape, i had friends that worked there, and visited pretty often during the stan and sis days. neither preditor or groupie; i always wanted to work there.

i haven't heard that ted richards/wape tape, but i did hear that it was classic.

OK, I'll try to locate it.... I really however, don't know which you are talking about?? There are a lot of those tapes! BIGAPE
 
Now, if channel 2 can get ECW wrestling back, I'm gonna turn it there and rip off the knob! Or pull out the button, or whatever is necessary. Maybe I'll Suflex it.
 
Yeah, I hear Nature Boy and the Bunch" are going back over to Lexington at the YMCA and it will be telecast Saturday Night's Live By Channel 2 with Sandra Hughes, Lee Kinard, MayCay Beeler and whoever that other guy was on PM Magazine doing the officiating! ;D
 
Does anyone ever watch 2 anymore? It's like a training ground school of rejects no one else would hire. 2 once was a great station but now it sucks
