In R & R ratings section, it shows KRWM owned by Seascape and KWJZ owned by Orca. KQMV and KOXI owned by Bellevue. What's going on? I thought they were all owned by Sandusky.

Im glad you posted this
I noticed the same thing.

I know for a fact that sandusky is "full steam ahead"
Based on what a buddy of mine has told me who has some
pretty major connections over their.

I believe R&R just got the Information wrong,
it does happen from time to time.

Although if anyone else has a second take on whats going on.
Feel free to let us know! :)

It isn't unusual to have a different incorporation within the state the business is located other than the parent company located out of state. Trust me, you didn't stumble across a sale.

Sandusky owns 100% of the companies mentioned, in stock. Separating things out might offer some tax advantages and liability separation in case of a lawsuit, whether from inside or outside the company. Seems like a smart strategy.

Check out this FCC filing: http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/prod/cdbs/forms/prod/getattachment_exh.cgi?exhibit_id=498144

KGMI. KPUG, KISM, KAFE and KBAI are owned by Cascade Radio Group, a subsidiary of Saga Inc.

So it's not just Sandusky that does this. They do it mostly for the tax breaks...
