Let's see... Before Bonadonna, the Sandusky cluster consisted of three rock stations, a low-rated sports station and an AM signal about five people listen to.

After Bonadonna, the Sandusky cluster consisted of three rock stations, a low-rated sports station and an AM signal about five people listen to.

Is it Bonadonna's fault or Sandusky?

I have no personal experience in the matter, but it seems like Bonadonna came with a lot of credibility and experience. Did he get a chance to really put any of that to use? It seems like the best thing to do would be to make some pretty significant changes at the Sandusky stations. Unless, of course, they all bill particularly well and Sandusky is happy with the money they make.

Can anyone explain why Sandusky is content to keep 1440 as nothing more than a real estate investment rather than programming or promoting it? Other than the stock response involving their 40-some nighttime watts.

If it were my call I'd have Paul Peterson as the PD he is by far the best choice for the job in my book.
