Sandy Weaver has been filling in for Bandy & Bailey this week on Kicks and sounding great. She's so talented. She sounds better on Kicks than she did on Lite in my opinion because her delivery is closer to her top 40 roots.

Jill Kelly, the talentless news/entertainment sidekick, has been pouting all week while Sandy has been the host of the show. Anyone who listens to the show will note that Jill will only speak when spoken to, and when she speaks, you can hear the chill on the air. Looks to me like Jill doesn't want another chick in her henhouse. Jim Vann soldiers on, and is as entertaining and funny as ever. But, Jill hasn't been able to bring herself to be nice all week. Too bad she has to be so unprofessional...it makes for bad radio. No wonder the KICKS morning show is 6th in the trends, and the rest of the station ranks 3rd. The morning show needs some radical personnel changes.
