Santa Barbara - San Luis Obispo TV Market.

Since each of the network tv station located in Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and San Luis Obispo. (KEYT, KSBY, and KCOY). Do they cover each other city news? For example will KSBY cover news and town hall meetings in Sanata Barbara and vice versa for KEYT for San Luis Obispo? Also, do people in Santa Barbara watch KSBY NBC 6 instead of KEYT ABC 3 for news vice-versa for SLO?
 
When I lived in both Lompoc and Pismo Beach in the mid 1980's all 3 covered basically the same news. The over the air signal coverage of KEYT 3 was much greater than 6 or 12. Ch.3 from Thousand Oaks and Ventura all the way up past Morro Bay and SLO.
