SAPs Patched Wrong

I ofteen look at SAPs, like I have since I got my first
Stereo TV tuner in 1986
I notice on KLCS 58.1 whether they are
running Spanish or DVS, they have both audios
split left-and-right.
Likewise when KNBC runs NFL Spanish or DVS, same thing.
Since I am totally blind the discription might
benefit me, but having main-channel
audio mixed would be confusing.
Right now the most interesting SAPs are on actual channel 40
branded as 26
