Pat Fant, market manager of Cumulus/Houston tells R&R after announcing the new p.d. of KIOL, that contrary to recent rumors walton & johnson's show will be so hot in 07 that listeners will need asbestos headphones.
In other words, they are staying on the Bone, even though Syphillis is more popular.

There are rumors that the w&j disease will be spreading to stations in Shreveport, Austin, and other cities that deserve their own morning show, but instead will have those parasites beamed in from Houston.

Satan is dancing a jig of joy.

Maybe the only way to get rid of them is to have the hobbit chuck the ring in the volcano and shove Darth Sidious down the shaft.

The only reason W&J are staying (if they are) is because Pat Fant loves'em so much. W&J hasn't brought in decent numbers in years. Remember CUME-LESS=Cheap
 
"Cumeless" lives up to its name. Their brethren " clueless' and "Useless" are part of the managment team.
