Did anyone see the Saturday version of "The Today Show"? While it may have seemed like a good concept to have FOUR anchors (Matt and Savannah in NY with Lester and Erica in Boston), there was too much talking over each other and clumsy transitions. It would have been better to stay with fewer anchors. Frankly, Lester and Erica are totally capable of handling breaking news and, arguably, are better than Matt and Savannah as a team.

Somebody sitting in a studio isn't doing any actual reporting, where ever the studio is.

Lester and Erica were doing a fine job on the scene in Boston and have to credentials to carry the Weekend Today show, no matter what type of Breaking News occurs. Matt and Savannah should have been allowed to sleep in.
