I'm not Number 1 in any demo; but evidently it DID touch a nerve. If you have it in your power to change the situation for Cumulus; by all means do it. I don't have a stake in anything related to radio anymore. In fact, I haven't even seen the 12+ numbers. I'm glad you guys are doing better. In fact, I hope you guys do better because you're buying one of the better radio stations in Cincinnati. I fear its demise after closing. Take care and good luck Cave Man. BTW, is that you're real name or are you anonymous?

Referring to prior books is on topic in relation to increase/decrease in ratings just to keep you informed! You seem to want to interpret my comments as something else because the truth is not what you want to hear apparently. Just as you mistook my congrats as anything other than sarcasm. You should study up on how to read the ratings and use Maximiser that will clear things up for you. And as far knowing who I am, don't let it keep eating away at you.

Insteresting. There are a few places I'd disagree. I think with a little help from The Beat, Love can be #1. It'll be tough, but possible.

Kix is wearing down. Country audiences are very loyal, but Gator is starting to beat Kix in some of the 18-34 breakdowns. 25-54 is still all Kix. Compare spring to spring and fall to fall... the 12+ numbers don't look good for Kix.

WRHQ and WIXV are showing staying power.

As for my station, when you look at the breakdowns, it is positive. In fact the best 18-34 book EVER as KISS. Kraddick and my show were #2 behind E93 W18-34.

Talking about 12+ numbers don't mean anything. Talk to sales about how much each station is billing. The top 4 stations in the market 12+ are not the top 4 in billing - and in the end, that's how I get paid. <P ID="signature">______________

The only thing I disagree with in your assessment is the country battle.

Keep in mind JCL's transmitter problems in Spring of '05. That's what killed that book for them. Fall to Fall comparisons would be more accurate.

But ultimately the best product wins, and Gator just isn't there yet.

The staffing at KIX makes it a tough battle. Mornings are solid, and with their afternoon guy back in the chair, I look for KIX to gain ground in that battle.

Hats off to Jerry Rogers for continuing to crank out great numbers. Seems like all the bungalow has to do is keep the electricity running for the book to come out great for them. Talk about a great product.
