Say "Adios" to "Ugly Betty!"

I think the Wednesday move is recent because I know it aired on Fridays earlier. In either case, BRNout is right--constant time slot changes and no one knows what time it's on or if it's even on.
 
Is According To Jim still on ABC?? I remember seeing it on last summer. If it still is, that's a real surprise!!!!
 
This is SO sad for me, I absolutely loved this show. And last week I think they had it on Monday night. My favorite shows seem to meet cancellation way to soon, while the shows I can't stand last for years, even a decade?!?! Oh well.
 
I hear "Ugly Betty" will be replaced on the schedule by "Pretty Wilma." ;D
 
As soon as I can secure some sponsors. Marc, go find me some sponsors - you know some people at Wal-Mart and Price Chopper, don't you? Hell, I'll even take that Illusions nightclub you so refer to every now and then. Let's make this happen. Now, hop to it! ;)

Me too. I can't think of the last show I watched on ABC on a regular basis. Growing up it was the network that had most of the good shows I watched. Network TV is pretty grim or maybe at my age I have seen it all before.

Ugly Betty? Never could get past the very negative name.
 
ABC could save money on a scripted drama by giving Ugly Betty a makeover and hiring the cast back and call the show Pretty Betty. Same with Lost. Just move the plot and cast to Los Angles and rename the show Found.
 
I think the ABC suits went to school at NBC U.

I thought is was on Thursdays before, never cared for the show, So this adds to list of cancelled ABC shows, "Flash Forward" and "Hank".
 
It used to be on Thursdays. A friend of mine hosted a Sports-Music Trivia Show at a bar in suburban Philly. His ad poked fun that coming to his show on Thursday Nights would be better than watching a show with Ugly in the title.

Anyway, why doesn't the ABC brass move the show to ABC Family on Tuesdays? Replace one hour of that stupid 4 hour block of America's Funniest Videos that airs on Tuesdays and fridays.

Because they don't use ABC Family as a dumping ground for each show they feel has run its course? ABC Family does well enough with its originals and doesn't need a show that's dying over at ABC.
