Say It Ain't, Stoney

To all former Chicagoans--and Cub fans, too.

Just reported that former Cubs' broadcaster, Steve Stone will be joining cross-town rivals White Sox in their broadcast booth. He'll sit alongside Ed Farmer on WSCR, 670, the 50,000 watt blowtorch of the White Sox.

Steve and his wife live in the Phoenix area, I believe.

This is great news for all of us White Sox fans.

Vist the Chicago board for more details.

Harray Caray jumped ship from the White Sox to the Cubs in the early 1980s. Stoney's just completing the circle.

...and Wayne Larrivee came to the Bears broadcasts after years of calling the Kansas City Chiefs, and he's now doing the Packers stuff. No big deal...
