After we receive your registration, a moderator will review it. After your registration is approved, you will be permitted to post. If you use a disposable or false email address, your registration will be rejected.
There are several audio reading services where volunteers read magazines, newspapers, books and other printed material for the blind and visually impaired. These services used to use FM sub-carriers but I believe most of them are now online only...although I think a blind person would have a much harder time finding the service on a computer than on a radio.
