I understand Cat and LEV are rudderless ships. There has not been a staff meeting in over 2 years at any of the stations and they are still using promo liners from Christmas that have not been changed. Morale is very low but sales is doing well, and that's all that counts! The on-air product is second to making money, but unfortunately that is true of most stations these days.
 
So whats the big deal then, whats your gripe. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
