AMP knows that Schurz is a threat to the Lafayette operation. That's why they are challenging the sale. When Schurz takes over, Art knows he's going to have to fork over some cash in order to stay on top. What a cheap bastard he is. Like father like son. It's just sad that some people are just soo greedy that they screw people in order to make money. Good hearted talented people get screwed by assholes like this who are trying to make an honnest living. There are good companys out there to work for but I know for sure AMP isn't one of them.
