Scott Question...long form audio

Has anyone found a way to run a 30 minute /60 minute long form audio program in the Scott System?

Yes, do it all the time, weekly in fact. No different than working with a song or commercial, except it takes much longer.

Drag and drop the wav file to the TLC audio drive...and convert it.

While our music library is uncompressed, I compress long-form shows.

I don't want to take the chance of the system gagging on 1gb audio file. But, I'm sure it'd work, regardless.

Sg...we've done that, but when it comes up to play as logged, it dissapears from the screen, and sits there with dead air. Thoughts?

Are you running SS32? I can't imagine why it would do that, unless the file isn't resolved on the local machine.

Call Scott support, it's a crap shoot, but you've got a 50% chance of having your problem fixed.

I'll agree with you there Channing! Calling any of the fine Googlized digital delivery tech supports iw a 50/50 chance of actually getting something fixed. Scott Studios AND Meistro tech support aren't much to write home about. The thing I love most about them is their clock-to-a-calender callback. There's nothing like waiting and waiting and waiting for customer-no-support to call back.
