Scott Shannon Clarification

There was a question in a previous thread regarding Scott Shannon and Super Shannon: One in the same or different personalities? This was no "gotchya" debate, more a historical issue. I figured I'd go to the source, so I emailed Scott Shannon at Real Oldies Radio and over the weekend, received his reply:

THANKS FOR THE NICE NOTE,,

I NEVER WORKED IN THE BUFFALO AREA,, I AM WELL AWARE OF THE SHANNONS WHO DID, AND REALLY RESPECT THIER WORK. TOM SHANNON WAS ONE OF THE ALL TIME GREAT DEE JAYS..
