Scott Shannon's True Oldies Channel

Just a quick Question about Scott Shannon's True Oldies Channel. I was just wonder if anyone knew how many minutes per hour his network gives stations for local commercials. There doesn't appear to be any info about that on the network's site.

Most satellite formats are given to stations in barter, with the station giving up a certain amount of inventory each hour to the satellite format provider in exchange for the format. I don't know how the Shannon format works, but the standard way is as above, sometimes with an amount of cash in payment, too... particularly in unrated markets. that are not easy to monetize.
