Anybody using Scott Studio Automation? Have you had trouble adjusting levels on your sound cards? And when ripping music with TLC, are you leaving the level all the way up, or pulling down a few db?
We've got it up and running, but finding lots of little frustrations in trying to even everything out.

I dont know about the sound cards but we are dropping the music down so its not in the red. There are a few bugs but I think its one of the best systems I have worked with

We normally have to pull our stuff down a few DB.

One of my biggest issues with it, is the fact that it's a touchscreen (at least on ours). I'd rather have a mouse and click thing, because with the touchscreen, sometimes the hotkeys just do their own thing.

I love the touchscreen features. We never have an issues

my biggest problem has been setting up the dispatch connection to get the wall of carts built. dispatch is the buggiest part of the software, which is probably why they're phasing it out of newer versions. with scott, the less you touch it, the better it works.

We have 6 stations on SS32 and the computers are less than a year old. I'm looking to sell them and replace everything with Next Gen. Any offers? [email protected]

I will consider all serious offers.

You should be running your levels all the way up so that ther is consistancy. If you are experiencing clicking, popping or distrotion, then you have issues else where in your audio chain.

I don't know, out of all the systems I've used, I always forund Scott to be the easist. The touchscreen features were handy for bits and beds etc..
