scott studios

It took awhile, but I became a big supporter of SS32, along with NexGen.

However, today, I left a message for someone in support to call me back at Scott Studios...and after 2 1/2 hours...no call back.

Hopefully this will change after they unload the system onto someone else...but I was extremely disappointed.

At least there was a happy ending I was able to reboot all the machines in the building and stop the issue in it's tracks.

That's the reason I will not be buying any more of their stuff. I just installed player101 for a client and will be recommending Nextgen for another in the next year or so. No customer support... No buy.

Funny you mention that...I called Scott Studios on Thursday of last week regarding an issue with the VT32 program. Google used to call us within 10-15 minutes, prior to their announcement that they are selling the radio automation wing. Now, nothing (and still waiting). I certainly hope they give their clients something because the support retainer fees are HIGH. Guess we'll have to cross our fingers with VT32 and everything else.
