First Rob Grayson, then Wendi Hays, now Scott Thrower are all in at FM100 doing PT work. I thought Scott and Rick Rumble were great on 98 back in the day.

Did Lance Ballance and Scott work together at KBIG? I wonder if he doesn't have something else up his sleeve for Scott?

FM100 has a better part-time staff than most statiosn here have on full-time. ;D
 
Rumble and Thrower were great on 98...

anyone else remember just before the flip when they were doing nights on 98? very wild but fun
 
Thrower's website said he got canned at B98 because management offered him a lousy
contract extension, and he refused to sign it, so they fired him.

All Access has Ten Questions with Scott Thrower. It is on their "On the Beach" section. If you go to job market link, you should see his picture and link at the top. It has been on for a week. Don't know how long it will stay on site.

A couple of questions dealt with working with PD Randy Lane in Memphis and drinking tequlia shots with Rick Rumble at a bar in downtown Memphis. Pretty funny stuff.

Also, heard him briefly yesterday on FM100. He was roasting this lady about giving out a source for information to haunted house, if I remember correctly (I was on my way inside to an appointment). It was hilarious.
 
I heard him telling a guy that he'd play the request, but only if the guy would
promise to grow a mullet. Damned funny. He needs to polish up on the station
announcement stuff...that still sounds rough. But his stuff on the phones is
killer.
