Scott/TLC question

While I was on holidays, my computer was reformatted. I am now having a small issue with TLC Version 5 (actually v05.02.02)

For some reason the dates on carts are displayed backwards. In the past, if I wanted to give something a date of Jan 21st 2010 It would be 1/21/2010. Now for some reason the day and month are reversed, so I have to put 21/1/2010.

This wouldn't be a huge problem for somebody first learning the program, but I've been uising it for so long that at this point I basically date stuff without actually thinking. Now everytime I have to concentrate on what I'm doing and it's a pain.

I remember a while back I was looking through TLC options and I saw where you could change how you put in the dates. For example you could take out the Slashes, so you could just write 01212010. I chose not to change it, but at least I saw the option. Now for whatever reason, I can't find any options to change these settings. It appears to be the same version of TLC but it may have been updated while I was away.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Randy.

While I am not an engineer technically, it sounds as though you need to change the system back to the American system of dating over the European?

I think you could be right...but, I still don't now how to change it. As far as I'm concerned, I have went through every option/tab/menu etc about 5 times and I can't find an option to change it.

On another post somebody mentioned an RCS Forum. Is there a forum for Scott/Google?

Randy.

Thanks a lot guys. It was in fact a Windows setting. Pretty easy fix.

...and Boise engineer - I checked out your faq. Pretty good stuff. Thanks.

Good news! While the rest of us were going high tech. Glad you got it fixed.
