Does anyone know the background of these two guys that are supposed to take the place of Stern?

Any opinions?

Also, this 'live' special that WJSE keeps advertising 'the Stern Show uncensored' (at some bar in AC) does anyone have the technical background on this thing? How is it being delivered (Sat, SCA, ISDN)?
