Scotty Moore, 84, was Elvis' original guitarist

Of the original trio he would have been the last surviving member, but DJ Fontana is still alive once he joined the group. For many years in Chicago there is a radio station called WGN Radio, and for a good couple of decades 27 years to be exact, they had a husband and wife team with the name of Steve King and Johnnie Putnam, they had a treasured friendship with the late Les Paul that went for what was the last 18 years of his life, last year they did a book called a Little More Les, and on pages 211 and 212, there is a mention and picture of Scotty Moore. The original trio considered of Elvis Presley, Scotty Moore, and bassist Bill Black. DJ Fontana didn't come in until late but was apart of the band by the time Elvis Presley made his first RCA recording.
