SD stations in Tijuana

Although I know TJ ratings don't matter to advertisers or probably any SD stations, I'm still curious if they ever measured how many people on the other side of the border listen to them. Specifically stations like 90.3, 91.1 and 92.5. Hearing ads for the Mexican governement, IME, etc on those stations, I wonder if anyone in Mexico is also listening. Would be kind of fun to know what kind of listening these stations get, including the SD stations that broadcast from SD.
 
Excellent question! I would like to know myself. I don't know if they are included in the INRA TJ survey, so this is a....'Calling Mr. Huff!' question. But I'm sure they have a large audience on the Mexico side of the border
