Neither was technical support, David. The company (where we host our respective web sites) didn't respond. Totally wrong. Worst service, and I can't speak Bangalore either. Not that the folks there are technically bad; just English is a common language that separates us. BCA's XEPRS/XEPRS-FM/AM 1700 had the same fate.

Appears to be solved, but backing up data .... stay tuned.
 
Pair.com has been very reliable for the past couple years for us. Not the cheapest but I haven't had my site fall off the internet lately either.
