sE Electronics mics

I've read a few good reviews. All built in Shanghai. Nice price point. If you can believe the hype, they're developing quite a following in Europe. Has anyone tried one? Any thoughts?

I use the SE Z5600A everyday and I love it. It may not be the perfect mic for all, but it works for me and my voice. I voice between 300-400 ads per month and it is steady and reliable. In fact, one of the guys on this board told me he was really impressed with the sound of the mic. Mentioned he was somewhat surprised in fact. I would name him, but he might not appreciate it ;D But I will say he is one of the go to guys on this board when it comes to any kind of tech matter. No...it's not Jeff this time!

I own two z5600's, and no longer use them. They blew away my TLM103 - the difference was astounding. Used 'em every day for a year or two - but in the end I went with a far more expensive Soundeluxe mic. Can't beat sE for the money, and they WILL let you demo 'em for free, so there's nothing to lose..
