Seacrest Movin' To Phoenix

I just wish they would air it in pm drive so I could catch some of it. I hear it will air middays

Yeah, they will be airing it Monday through Friday from 1pm to 4pm. I'm curious to see what they are going to do with the other on air shifts. Obviously they will need someone for the night jock. Somebody decent to follow Seacrest.

So how does this work as far as the music played on his show? Isn't it a CHR/Rhythmic CHR-type show? If so, wouldn't it be somewhat out of place on Movin'?

I think that each station can insert its own music. Ryan just voicetracks an ID or two and replays edited versions of his celebrity interviews and babblings from the AM show in LA.

It may be about time to leap off of Camelback mountain. Holy Hell... as if the radio in Phoenix was bad enough now we are treated to the presence of the poster child for the homogenized, sterile, safe, boot-licking antics of the tool Ryan Seacrest.

Why stop there? Why not syndicate Elvis Duran too... that way we can have 'round the clock shows that all sound alike; i.e. Jon Jay and Rich (my favorite is Jay on that show), Seacrest and Elvis Duran... if only we could round it out with another top notch slice of morning "talent".

Ahh Ryan Seacrest, the show that's so milquetoast it makes Rick Dees look like Howard Stern.

You forgot, informative, connected to the "A" list celebs, talent and successful..clean on-air..

Your comments infer there's alot you don't like about your own situation!

Incorrect, my comments are in regard to another voicetracked/pre-recorded show that sounds like a million other shows on the dial.

I'm actually interested in improving the decaying terrestrial radio scene, not pour gas on it.
