So where will Seacrest land in the valley?

Mix or Kiss

Too bad his show isn't available for am drive, Movin sure could use his star power in am drive for a cheap price
 
Has it even been confirmed that he is going to have a show here in the valley? Or is this just all speculation at this point?

Being that he originates on a station with a format of playing Top 40/Mainstream, wouldn't that disqualify him from landing a spot on Mix? Their format is Hot AC.

As far as Movin' goes, they don't care about bringing in big name jocks to their station. The possibilities of them signing on with Seacrest are slim to none.

Kiss already has John Jay and Rich, unless they planned on Seacrest doing middays, although I don't really see that.
 
I said Mix and Kiss because across the country that are adding his show, some are Hot A/C and some are CHR. Plus since they are pushing him on cheap channel stations, figured he would land in the valley. I would it would be great to have him in pm drive to compliment JJ&R in am drive
 
Seacrest was on Larry King a week or two ago - he made some comment about his syndication going to midday slots (10-2?) not sure exactly what time slot they're talking about.
 
His show is available between ten and seven in all time zones so it is pretty much up to the stations when they want to run it
 
I agree he isnt real great jock or what we would call a classic jock but he has instant access to all the celebrity gossip and dirt so if you mix that in with the hit music plus american idol show, his name will bring listeners.

I think AZEF hit the nail on the head. Seacrest might do well during an afternoon drive spot. People could be in their cars listening to his celebrity interviews.
