"Sean Casey"

Back in the day when AM 850 was a real, full-service* radio station, WHDH, one of their on-air personalities was someone named "Sean Casey". I put his name in quotes since I don't know if that was his real name or not. He may have also been at 98.5 (the old) WROR, but my memory is foggy here.

Anyway, is he still among the living? Still in radio? Just curious.

* "full-service" denotes live DJs playing music; newscasters who read news, weather, sports; helicopter traffic reports; even some live talk.

I recall the name. Not sure where he is now but there's a site where you can get DJ info etc called http://www.440int.com

Under Casey, Sean:
Sean Casey
WOR-FM [New York] 1969
WPLJ [New York] 1971
WWDJ [Hackensack NJ/NYC] 197?
WCBS-FM [New York] 1980
WHDH [Boston MA] 1985
WCBS-FM [New York] 1985
WPLM [Plymouth MA] 19??
Now: Program Director at WPLM, Plymouth MA.

He was a CIA sub- contractor for awhile
"Casey was program director and an afternoon on-air personality at WPLM-FM for eight years before he retired. 'It was difficult (to leave radio), but I just felt that it was time. I guess I was getting burned out, because I'd been doing it for so long. I've really wanted to do something else; I'm just not sure what it is yet.' "

Yup, that's the guy. Never knew about the CIA gig, of course.

Thanks for taking the time to dig this up!
