Sean Combs no longer “Revolt(ing)”

well, in this case, Diddy had to sell it, he knows he's about to go down as he has committed several crimes that is finally gonna lead to a life in prison sentence or escape to a foreign land to avoid being arrested and place in prison. he's alleged to have committed multiple crimes that include sexual assault/rape and sex trafficking, the same stuff that recently brought Vince McMahon down and cost him his role at TKO Group Holdings (the company that WWE & UFC Merged to form as a subsidy of Endevour when Endevour bought WWE out last year).

Here is an update. This is going to take on the Jeffrey Epstein type allegations here. Lil Rod names Cuba Gooding Jr, and Prince Harry in the Sean Combs allegations.

Update this is how the lawsuit went down and there's more names on the list. Yes this comes off sounding like the Epstein fiasco.

In Jones’ controversial sexual harassment suit against Combs, he’s alleged that the music mogul’s supposed transgressions have involved a number of celebrities and fellow recording industry higher-ups, including Grainge, Usher, Yung Miami, and even the UK’s Prince Harry. However, in a new court filing UMG blasted Jones and his accusations as its lawyers argued for UMG to be dismissed from the ongoing suit. In addition, UMG wants legal penalties levied against attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who filed Jones’ lawsuit.

Here is another set of allegations that sparked the raids in this lawsuit.

In 25 pages added to Jones’ filing on Monday and obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, the suit claims the 54-year-old was partial toward the so-called “pink cocaine” or “2C-B” or “tuci.” The drug is classified as phenylethylamine 2C-B and is a combination of ecstasy and cocaine; Diddy was obtaining the drugs from Brendan Paul, Diddy’s accused drug mule, who was recently arrested. But when he forgot to bring the drugs, he went with Brownlee as a source, according to Jones’ additions to the suit.

XXL magazine was the first to report the additions to the suit on Thursday, which reference rehearsals, presumed to be ahead of the April 2023 Something in the Water Festival curated by Pharrell Williams, which took place in Virginia Beach. Diddy appeared alongside Pharrell onstage at the event.
“Plaintiff and the Combs Rico Enterprise were rehearsing for ‘Something in the Westival.” [sic] in Virginia,” the court filing reads, according to the outlet. “Plaintiff Jones personally witnessed Mr. Combs do a few lines of coke in his dressing room. Defendant Sean Combs wanted tuci but Brendan forgot it, so Defendant Kristina Khorram called Yung Miami. Who then brought it on the private jet from Miami.”

In the suit, the 37-year-old claims that the fashion and music industry mogul repeatedly sexually assaulted him during the time he was working on his latest album, from September until November 2022. Diddy allegedly groped his genitals and **** in attempts to groom him into having sex, he claims in the suit.

Diddy is in for a world of trouble. I wish he'd been paying attention to the Jeffery Epstein/Harvey Weinstein fiascoes and got the picture that no matter how rich you are, you can't get away with sexual assault/rape anymore. Those days are over.

Now more names are released in this lawsuit claim against Diddy they have added "Daphne Joy" and "50 Cent" to the list. This is one of these cases where we need additional whistle-blowers to verify "Lil Rods" allegations in the lawsuit.

A new name is added to the allegations surrounding P Diddy. Ethiopia Habtemariam a former Motown Records CEO is now added to the Lil Rod Lawsuit.

Former Motown Records chief executive officer Ethiopia Habtemariam was named in Jones’ lawsuit as a willing participant in a drug- and sex-trafficking ring for the mogul’s alleged “RICO enterprise.” Habtemariam was specifically accused of being aware that alcoholic beverages served at his parties were laced with illegal substances. She denied all allegations made against her and with Jones’ attorney eventually dropping her from the suit, Habtemariam wants the world to know that under no circumstances will she be taking the stand against Diddy

Ashton Kutcher is now named in the connections to Diddy. Yes this turns out to be crazier than we thought.

If your wondering why Sean Combs got detained by law enforcement it's due to the Lil Rod Lawsuit that basically elevated the Sean Combs investigation from initially a domestic violence investigation in another lawsuit to being compared to Jeffrey Epstein. Note the second person who is being identified as "Cassie Ventura" had another lawsuit on Sean Combs as a domestic violence lawsuit when Sean Combs was initially investigated. But once Lil Rod came forward, his legal team contacted the FBI to elevate this into where we are now from a civil case to criminal case on Combs.

Rap and fashion mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs filed a motion on Monday to dismiss the explosive civil case filed by Lil Rod, which accused Combs of grooming him and exposing him to several crimes, including drug trafficking, sexual assault and serving drug-laced cocktails at his infamous parties.

The motion in the Rodney Jones v. Sean Combs civil case was filed in the United States District Court in the Southern District of New York by defendants Sean Combs, Love Records, Inc. and Combs Global. Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. is also a defendant in the case, as is Universal Music honcho Lucian GraingeIt, along with various other powerful executives. The motion seeks to dismiss the Second Amended Complaint filed in February with prejudice, claiming that Jones is merely after unpaid income from his work with Diddy and that his attorney is fanning the flames of the dispute from behind the scenes.

CNN —
Cassie Ventura is writing her own song now.

The “Me & U” singer regained control of her story when she first detailed years of disturbing abuse allegations in a lawsuit filed against her ex-boyfriend and former producer Sean “Diddy” Combs last November.

While her complaint was quickly settled, the cloud around Combs only grew.

“Mr. Combs‘ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims,” Combs’ attorney said at the time.

At least nine other civil lawsuits and a federal investigation followed. Then on Tuesday, Combs was charged with racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking in a federal indictment that alleges he “abused, threatened and coerced victims” from at least 2008 to the present. Combs has pleaded not guilty.
