Searching for an SD2942 RF mosfet

SD2942 - made by ST - it's a 350W RF final in a flat rectangular package for a pallet amp.

Most sources on the net want to sell me 500 of them. I only want ONE!

Maybe you have one sitting in a drawer somewhere?
