Searching for Parody "A Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Waste"

The above entitled short radio parody was aired in the early 80's in Phoenix, probably on KOOL, and definitely on the morning show. It would air without much notice so I never got the chance to tape it but the kids and I would just crack up the few times we caught it.

As the subject implies, it is a take-off on the well known PSA by the United Negro College Fund and uses as its main character, I believe, OJ Simpson. It is not racist but rather done in the same vein as the old Foster Brooks routines.

If anyone has an aircheck or could point me to a copy of it I would be very grateful.

TIA!

I think I remember hearing a joke somewhere about "A mind is a terrible thing, let's waste it!" But I can't remember where it came from.

I'm not 100% certain about it but I think it may have been an audio clip from an old SNL- routine. Eddie Murphy comes to mind.

Thanks for all the suggestions but I don't think the one I'm searching for had Eddie Murphy in it. The reason is because mine referenced a service club in Casa Grande, AZ and I doubt a SNL feature would do that. I'm betting it was done locally (Phoenix area).
