Seasonal Arbitron Numbers for Providence Radio

Have the 3 month Arbitron ratings for Providence market radio stations been released yet? Most other areas have had their ratings numbers released in January.
 
I have heard Clear Channel isn't buying the book, so no new ratings to be seen until they do. Can anyone confirm this? (I find it completely stupid unless the Providence stations are part of a sale package in the near future). It would also make sense with all of the trimming they have been doing (Joan, Chuck, Arlene, etc) to their budgets at all the stations....Things that make you go HMMMMMMMM
 
Lite 105 is number 1 on the FM and WPRO is number 1 on the AM. I don't even need a ratings book to tell you that. Continue on.... :)
