Seattle-Tacoma Radio Ratings: December 2014

The December 2014 survey period covers Thu. 11/6/14-Wed. 12/3/14 - publicly released data for subscribing stations age 6+ overall:

Seattle-Tacoma: http://ratings.****************/cgi...a release date will be Wed. 1/21/2015.[/FONT]

Not bad for KCMS; maybe we will see KWRM and KCMS have more of a "neck and neck" race when the holiday ratings actually come out.

On another note, iHeart must be looking at alternatives for KHHO. There must be some other type of programming that would have more appeal.

Two things,
1. No surprise KRWM is number 1 this book. I'm a little surprised they're not farther ahead than they are.
2. Some interesting movements in the middle of the pack.

KRWM #1 in the holiday book is like the sun coming up the next morning. They will ALWAYS be #1 Thanksgiving-Christmas night.
Which speaking of holidays, MERRY CHRISTMAS to all, and to all a good night. Hope your X-Mas will be wonderful full of great gifts, time with family and tasty food.
Sure wish KOMO still showed Dragnet on X-Mas Eve. Give those 11PM folks the night off. I know Christmas Day is one of the slowest news days of the year, as all the stories are usually stories of holiday warmth, and highlights from the Pope's Christmas mass.

Ok for the first time I actually looked at that analysis provided by All Access, and noticed that KPLZ usually gets a lot of talk about being #1 25-54, but no mention of them at all.

For what it's worth....the "analysis" attribution to the paragraph they issue each ratings book is being kind of generous. It's usually repackaging the obvious.
