KOMO News finally debuted the newest Sinclair graphics earlier today. Clean and crisp graphics, with bug returning to right side; however, all fonts and graphics are noticeably larger. Especially pertaining to weather, now dubbed the "Weather Warn Team" (fmr. Forecast Team, which presents better IMO), the 7 Day Outlook takes up the entire screen and content is obstructed at times due to the meteorologist and bug. New package reminds me of COX/KIRO and TEGNA/KING a bit. Open and close receive tweaks as well, while maintaining the score. Thoughts?
 
A station group the size of Sinclair with the same graphics package across the group can save quite a bit of money and develop the overall group brand that much better.
 
Brian Flores of Q13 posted on his Facebook that yesterday was his last weekend AM show. He will Co-anchor the 4 & 5pm shows and report for the 9, 10 & 11 pm shows. He replaces Matt Lorch who appears to have been relegated to weekend evening duties. Omar Lewis replaces Brian on weekend mornings.
