Is this just because of the browser I'm using, or is this a known issue? Not only does the security check pop up seemingly at random, but when it does I can't log in. It usually pops up for me when I first try to log in, and sometimes it pops up during a session. This in itself isn't an issue, but what is is that when that pops up, I am either prevented from logging into my account, or logged out of my account if I'm already logged in.

security check causing some annoying behavior

I have not experienced the security check popping up at random times. It usually pops up when I first log in and occasionally when I go from one forum to another.
If you sit on one forum for a long period of time without reading or writing a post, I could imagine that the non-activity might trigger a security check.
