It was a BLAST working here in Vegas with Clear Channel on KOOL 93.1. Rik Mcneil and managment of CC gave me time to look for another gig and kept me on payroll when KOOL flipped to "The Party." They didn't have to do that and I truly appreciate it. A lot of people knock on CC for many reasons. I, however have nothing but fond memories of the company and more specifically, this cluster.

I'm going home... Medford, Or. I'll be doing Newstalk in the AM and then a mid-day shift on the country station. I'm excited to re-join those guys up there.

I'll keep checking on the Vegas market. Even though the majority of the chatter on this board is KDWN driven, I'll keep checking in. I'm gonna miss this market. It was a ton of fun...

i've been to medford...the locals called it methford. ;D

yea i know your a local...the area is really nice up there. so, has the problem got better?

My guess is that this board will become less KDWN driven. There isn't much to say about them now that they don't have any local personalities.
 
hey, Michele! yeah, I'm working with Bill Meyer. Here today for training. they do a good job with the newstalk station. plus, all the same people are around (pretty much)
