And they even kept their 3-letter calls!
Technically, those calls were moved a number of years ago as the original KGB was at 1360 and 760 was KFMB up until 2020 when iHeart had purchased the signal. They were able to resurrect the KGB calls (which had been gone for nearly 40 years) thanks to their ownership of KGB-FM. A nice move that I appreciate.

I hate to be that guy but I have to note that my reference wasn't to KGB. :)
 
Inside my thick head, the San Diego 1360 will always be KGB. Where you could hear the hits of the KGBeatles, KGBeach Boys, etc.

I spent a week one summer as a teenager flipping between KGB and KCBQ on the little table radio she had in the spare bedroom where I was staying. It was awesome! And in those rare moments when I might get bored, KHJ, KFWB, and KRLA were also there at my service.
