Does anyone know where I can download maybe a demo version of selector to learn how to you use it. My PD wont show me how to use it and I want to learn.
 
RCS restricts use of its proprietary software, such as Selector, to its clients. The bigger question is why your PD doesn't have an interest in teaching you new skills.

However, RCS DOES offer Selector training both online and at its NY offices. I'd suggest contacting them if you're really interested in learning the product.

I don't know if it's a "bigger" question, but it's an easy one. Pick your answer from:

1. Too busy programming too many stations to take time to mentor
2. Too paranoid about teaching others skills that could cost your job
3. Too concerned about leaking station programming to the competition

I'm sure there's others....
