Anybody know where I can obtain a used Sennheiser 441 Mic?<P ID="signature">______________

Not gonna be an easy thing to find. We few who own them love them
and won't part with them. They really are worth the "new" price BUT
the 441 is an acquired taste. They work best when working close without
any kind of blast filter so you gotta be careful what you do. I bought
mine from BSW several years ago and built a rugged carrying case so
it travels with me as I do projects for stations in far-flung places.

Just bought me the Sennheiser 441. LOVE IT!!!! So much crisper than the 421.

We who own and love 441's oughta shut up about it! They're
giving us a tremendous edge in the voiceover marketplace.
No sense in telling acne'd adolescents how to sound solid
and macho so they can compete!

> >I thought the MKH 416P48 was the rave for voice overs now.. the sennheiser 421 II just doesn't seem to sound as good as the older versions.anyone else share that same view..never tried the 441....still using my ole Shure kSM 32 with a Valley 401...sounds good to my deaf ears ha>
