SEPA Verizon Re-alignment of channels

If you have Verizon Fios TV as I do, you know there's an impending channel re-alignment in the offing. This change is to better organize the channels and bring on new HD channels (including The Weather Channel HD).

The first notice said 8/25, next notice and channel guide (as well as the notice I got in the mail) says 9/11. Now, the messages on the system (under menu --> messages) says 9/2. ARGHHHHHHHHHHH! WHEN IS IT???? I can see moving it back due to the holiday, but this caused us to be shut out of the Penn State opener against Eastern Carolina (one of the new channels will be Big Ten Network).
 
My first and only notice so far said 9/2, but my channel guide now lists 9/11. I assume that we will all we have the same channel lineup, unlike the differences with Comcast. (I am in Bucks County)
