Now that commercial radio has given up on rock, what about WUMB taking it on ?

Beauty pageant numbers or not, still and incredible accomplishment for a music station not playing Christmas music. Someone on this board once made the brilliant comment that Mix has been playing the ultimate long game and it's true.

I remember a very long period where if you asked the average radio listener if they listened to Mix it would either be it was all they listened to or they'd never heard of it. Not the case anymore.

I never thought that I would see the day when Mix would beat Kiss, much less being #1 in the city!

Kiss has been an absolute deer in the headlights since Matty retired. It's K-Rock-esque.

Even clueless CBS threw David Lee Roth at the wall. Kiss is just adrift with the supporting players.

If they were smart, they'd give up on sports show number four, stick Rich on Kiss, and grab Adam 12 for ZLX.
