First off, no one buys 6+

Second of all, when there's a tie, you could 1, 2 (tie), 2 (tie), 4 etc.

Here's 18-49 and 25-54 Adults

Hmmm...no KFYI or KTAR in the top 5 of either demo. Interesting.

Remember that in most ppm markets, the differences between the stations around 5th and through 12th to 15th are as little as 0.5 to 0.7. Some stations move around by five or six positions from book to book, yet their numbers are stable.

DON'T KILL THE COYOTE!!!!

Strictly a figure of speech. The Nurse and I would take the cuddly critter to a no-kill shelter where some deserving rimshotter will give it a nice home. The 95~Five frequency deserves a format more PPM friendly than Smooth Elevator Jazz.

So, besides the K-YOTEEE, which isn't going away. What other stations should be put out of their misery? Anyone see a problem with 2 Country stations that can't get above the low-3's? Or full-market signals that can't get above the mid-2's?

Mark my words, K-YOTEEE will be gone within six months. If not, Dr. Akbar will eat his fez. ;)

YIKES!

YIKES!

While I would pay to see the good Dr. eat his Fez, I don't think it will happen either. It's all about the $. I am thinking it will be the money losers like Movin', KDKB, Power and Mega.

If you say Power is losing money, then X must be HEMORRHAGING money.

As far as KDKB, the last I heard, they were still profitable.

I wonder if Wickenburg's little KSWG is taking a small bite out of the big country powerhouses? All of a sudden, they have (close to) a one share. I don't know how long they can keep that up with the 96.1 KBSZ translator on the air in the East Valley. I wouldn't count them out as the station to take over the 99.3 translator once KNRJ moves its 101.1 signal to the Bradshaws.
