sequels

Don't think that I have ever seen this particular topic discussed here, so I will start a discussion here. Songs that were not merely a followup single to a previous hit, but actually continued a storyline addressed in that previous hit. The most obvious example is Lesley Gore's "Judy's Turn to Cry," which continued the saga of Judy and Johnny that began with her previous hit, "It's My Party." But there were others. Harry Chapin's sequel to his earlier hit "Taxi" was even titled "Sequel." But I would even add Paul McCartney and Wings to this list. "Band on the Run" continued with the mention of "Sailor Sam" first mentioned in the earlier single "Helen Wheels." I am sure that there are others that escape my memory, or that I just never knew about. So are there any others?
