SESAC is asking a U.S. District Court in Philadelphia to allow it to move forward with planned royalty rate increases on radio stations!!!
 
So what? When the current lawsuits against SESAC are settled, they will be told what they can charge and it will be less than it is now, just like what happened to ASCAP and BMI.
